When you use Period Log, all data you input (including but not limited to menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, fertility signs, and notes) is stored locally on your mobile device. This data is encrypted at rest using the device's built-in security features, such as iOS Keychain or Android Keystore, depending on your platform. You retain full control over this data, and it can only be accessed through the App on your device.

The types of data stored locally may include:

  • Menstrual cycle start and end dates
  • Flow intensity and related symptoms
  • Fertility indicators (e.g., basal body temperature, cervical mucus)
  • Notes and custom entries
  • App settings and preferences

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data remains strictly on your device unless you choose to share it through the following voluntary actions:
